Anime Avatar Creator

Anime Avatar Creator starts in one click — a Girls game with nothing to install and no account to make. Designed around touch input, and comfortable on a small screen. Listed under anime, creation, cute, decorate, decoration.

It is drawn for a tall screen, so it fills a phone held upright rather than a wide monitor. Free to play in the browser, with no install step between you and the first round.
