Catch the naughty cat

Browser Puzzle: Catch the naughty cat needs a tab and nothing else. Keyboard on a computer, touch on a phone — both control schemes are wired up. Listed under escape, point and click.

Everything runs client-side, so there is nothing to set up before you start.
